Accessibility

Vertx LLC wants everyone to be able to use this site and apply, including people who rely on assistive technology. A sales team should be open to anyone who can do the work, and that starts with an application anyone can complete.

Our standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an add-on.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and labeled navigation.
• Every application form field has a visible label, and the form can be completed with a keyboard.
• Every meaningful image has a text alternative describing what it shows.
• Site navigation, including the mobile menu, is keyboard operable with visible focus.
• Text colors are chosen for contrast against their backgrounds.
• Animations are disabled for visitors whose devices request reduced motion.
• The layout adapts to screen size and text zoom without loss of content.
• The full site is available in English and Spanish.

Known limitations
