The role descriptions, compensation discussions, and everything else on this site are general information about how VertX recruits and works — not an offer of employment or engagement, and not a guarantee of income. Sales positions at VertX are independent contractor (1099) roles, and a working relationship is formed only by a written agreement signed by both sides. Commission structures are presented in writing during the interview process; any earnings discussed anywhere are illustrative, not promises.
Submitting the application form does not create any obligation on you or on VertX — it asks us to contact you about sales roles, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may decline any application at our discretion, and you may withdraw yours at any time.
The VertX name, logo, photographs, and site content belong to Vertx LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
