Legal
Effective August 25, 2026
This policy describes how Vertx LLC ("VertX," "we," "us") handles information collected through joinvertx.com, our recruiting site. The short version: what you send us is used to talk to you about working with VertX, and we don't sell it.
Information you give us. When you submit the application form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, city, sales experience level, the role you're interested in, and the page and language you applied from. If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This site does not use analytics services, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by phone or by replying to any message, and we will.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
We keep applications and related records as long as we need them for recruiting and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them in the normal course of business. If you'd like your application deleted sooner, just ask.
You may ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents — including job applicants — may make these requests regardless of whether a specific privacy law technically obligates us; we honor them as a matter of policy. To make a request, call (626) 704-5115 or write to us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
This site does not track visitors across third-party websites, so it does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals — there is no tracking to turn off.
This site is for adults seeking work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the policy.
